Education
We
are happy to know that the importance of education
is getting awareness in our citizens day by
day. But we are trying our best not only for
education but qualitative education. Because
it is certain that only well-skilled persons
could participate effectively and efficiently
for the development of prosperity of our beloved
country. There also need to make education system
quite clean and transplanted with out the interferences
of personal greediness.
So
we have stared work on it by providing the heavy
grants to our local colleges like Govt. Commerce
College as our first step. So in this regard
we are going to invest more and more for the
establishment of well organized and universities
of international standards.
We
wish, InshahAllah that resultant educated society
will defiantly play a leading role to highlight
our country in the list of most developed countries.
The
Education policy, aims at achieving the following
objectives:-
- To
promote Islamic ideology by making Islam
a code of individual and national life;
- To
build up and nurture the total personality
of an individual and to prepare him to face
the truth emerging from reality rather objective;
- To
involve youth in community participation
program like social services, environmental
improvement;
- To
equalize access to education through provision
of special facilities to poor, physically
handicapped;
- To
eradicate illiteracy within the shortest
possible time through universalization of
primary education, and a massive adult education
program;
- To
provide a shift from general education to
agro-technical, scientific and professional
education, and to redesign curricular according
to changing social and economic needs;
- To
create in people a capacity for self-learning
and self-reliance so that their learning
process continuous throughout life;
- To
obviate enthnic prejudices, superstitions,
discourage consumerism, fanaticism and sectarianism
and to promote national cohesion.
- National
language will be used as the medium of instruction
to strengthen ideological foundation of
the national and to foster unity of thought,
brotherhood and sense of patriotism.
- As
far as possible, facilities and programmes
of educational institutions will be attuned
to the demographic factors, structure of
the economy and needs of the labour market;
- A
massive programme of equipping the farm
and factory workers with specialized unit
skills will be launched in order to raise
productivity gaining with sectors which
have promise to quick growth and developkent;
- Curricula
for female education will be related to
the distinctive role assigned to women in
an Islamic society, and to provide education
up to the highest level to girls in separate
institutions.

must play a fundamental part in the preservation
of the ideals which led to the creation
Pakistan strengthening the concept of it
as a united nation, and striving to preserve
the Islamic way of life.

Though
Kamalia is enjoying good status of Education
with planty of boys and girls institutes, yet
some certain areas demand attention.
i)
Primary Education
Under
self support programme Primary Schools will
be launched in every Mohalla, Village Suburs
of the city, regardless gender parity. Thus
Kamalia will enjoy 100% literacy rate.
ii)
High Education
High
Education is the key factor in the progress
to promote High Education in the city the following
steps will be taken.
Up
gradation of Middle Schools to High Schools.
Up
gradation of Govt PST College with at least
5 New Master degree programmes.
Up
gradation of Government Girls College with Master/Post
Graduate Classes, at least in 3 subjects.
iii)
Technical Education
Science
& Technology play vital role in social development.
For the purpose, the existing technical institute
will be upgraded to a college of technology
with Degree Programmes.
Health
Only a healthy individuals of a nation could
participate in the constructive activities of
a country, so in this regard we are trying our
best to improve all basic facilities for the
better medical treatment of citizens.
Throughout Pakistan, people are beginning to
receive better health care because of a program
to train women health professionals that is
funded and supported by Canadians.
The Development of Women's Health Professionals
program trains the trainers by supporting Bachelor
of Nursing programs, enriching basic educational
and training programs in nursing, and helping
to create a strong network of nursing institutions.
The program has an ambitious goal, to double
in 10 years the capacity of the Pakistani health
system to delivery quality training. Although
some nurses receive training in Canada, the
main focus is on increasing the training capacity
of Pakistani institutions and professional organizations.
Women participating in the program may face
opposition from spouses and in-laws. Rubina,
a woman enrolled in an nursing enrichment program,
had virtually no support from her husband. Says
Marilyn Lee, a faculty member in the enrichment
program, "It was more important to him
to have food on the table and a clean house
to live in than having an educated wife. He
would not allow her to stay at the hostel to
study or to participate in clinical nights."
That was until he attended a meeting with a
Development of Women Health Professionals faculty
member and her husband. Since the meeting, Rubina's
husband has increased his support and Rubina,
who was struggling academically, has received
permission to move on campus so that she can
study and concentrate on academic issues.
Health

Clean
and pure water is a big problem in the Country
to supply water in the Tehsil. More (Tanks water
Pumps) Tube Well will be stablished. Not only
the Urban area but also the rural will also
be given preference.

dispensary & health centers will be established
where all good facilities will be available
for all people.

Health Center
Child Health Center will be given priority.
Child Health units will be established in all
villages and mohallah where medical consultancy
will be available for 24 hrs.

existing Tehsil Headquarter Hospital will
be extended and new units will be launched
so that in Emergency, people should not
go to big cities.
- Latest
Machinery will be provided and strict check
and balance policy will be implicated through
public involvement.
- Woman
Health Centers will be launched where Mobile
Ambulance Services will be provided to the
Female Patients. Specially in Delivery cases.

Apart
from Health and Education other social services

this problem, guidance and counseling centers
will be established where the consultants
will be available for the youth to choose
their propersion.

placement centers will be launched where
Educated, Qualified and skilled yough may
get registered.

will be provided information about the jobs
regarding their Education Qualification.
Every possible help will be provided to
them.
Human
Rights
It
is one of our missions to be aware our nation
about the basic needs, rights of a citizen and
complete freedom ness of human kind. What really
criticize and condemn to the all activates around
the borders and across the line of control in
Palestine and activities of armed forces against
armed less citizens with out any discrimination
of region and religion wherever it is happening
around the world. We believe and struggling
for the peace and betterment of human kind.
In
this context we are supporting many existing
anguses working as locally or internationally
issues regarding human rights.
Improvement
In Police Dept
It
has been seemed that the character of police
dept has never been appreciated by the citizens
since last whole history of Pakistan especially
in the region of Punjab. It was as same as prior
to 1947, separation.
In
order to improve the moral character in Police
dept at individual level current Govt. has increased
the salaries considerably to the extent that
a police man has no more need to rely any kind
of stupid black money.
We
wish complete disciplined and justified environment
in police stations in the interest of citizens.
So that a gentle citizen don’t feel hesitate
while dealing with police station for any of
his matter.
Second
reason in improvement of police dept which we
should expect that all the recruited persons
in this dept recently are well educated. Most
of them believe on self respect and respect
of other citizens as well.
Agriculture
As
Pakistan is declared as an agricultural country.
But unfortunately we are still under sufficient
production of wheat and other cultivations in
parallel which could full fill the needs of
Pakistan. The reason is only that we are not
following the latest techniques, machinery,
a systematic approach, fertilizers etc.
Other
wise by the blessing of Allah the most fertilized
region of the earth. In order to utilize the
full well-fertilized fields there is need to
invest more and more for research institutes
with the responsibility to analyze the different
parts of our land to analyze that which soft
of crop should cultivate, which sort of fertilizers
required for a that particular field.
Finally
we have started adventure for the education
of a farmer which the most important one. Current
Govt. has also announced funds and relieves
in the interest of farmer for the improvement
in the life of a farmer.
Economic
survival
Like any patriotic Pakistani, at this hour of
economic crises, I feel that it is my earnest
duty to submit a few suggestions and highlight
certain issues which require immediate attention
in the larger interest of our beloved motherland.
However, I would like to restrict myself to
Exports, through Export Processing Zones in
the country.
Foreign Exchange earnings and Foreign Investments
are of paramount importance for any country,
especially for a country with limited resources,
low per capita income and high rate of population
increase per annum. To achieve this objective
a number of countries in the world have set-up
units of Export Processing Zones. Another important
objective in establishment of an EPZ by a developing
country, is the transfer of Hi-Tech. These units
also provide Job Openings and therefore play
a vital role in the area of employment in the
respective countries.
Most of the EPZ units in the world are functioning
satisfactorily and are instrumental for raising
Foreign Exchange Earnings and Investments, beside
attracting Hi-Tech thus creating Job Opportunities
for their labour. The EPZ units in our region
are also playing an important role and examples
can be quoted of Jabel Ali (UAE), India, Sri
Lanka and even Bangladesh. |
